May 8, 2020 · 0. The air-conditioning in my 2013 Honda CRV went out about a year ago. It started going out intermittently, and then it died altogether. I’ve bought the compressor, the condenser, and the expansion valve to replace. However, when I hook the gauges to the low and high pressure ports, they show zero pressure in lines. After inspecting the belt, there can only be two things left that could be happening: 1. The clutch is not getting a signal to turn on. This indicates some form of wiring problem. -or-. 2.
